Communications & Support - Onboarding

COMMUNICATIONS AND SUPPORT:

In order to keep track of all customer files, communications, requests, changes and billing, we ask that you follow these communication processes.

All communications, files, logins, content, questions and general requests to CI Web Group team should be submitted through our Help Desk, it will be assigned a ticket number and to the appropriate department/person.  You can access the Help Desk to view your ticket numbers, responses and the status of your requests.

Billing statements and invoices can be viewed/downloaded and payments can be made online through your Client Portal.

Meeting Requests should be made with CI Web Group, Inc team members directly through our website's Online Scheduling System.

You can access these portals directly from the www.ciwebgroup.com home page navigation. This will ensure important information is not lost in email, voicemails, text, etc.  It's important that all requests are documented in writing to prevent miscommunication or a loss in transfer of information from one person to the next. Meeting's are typically recorded calls or web meetings. CI Web Group operating system tracks all incoming and outgoing calls, sent and viewed emails and helpdesk tickets to clients on your main account should you need a summary of communications.


PROJECT COMMUNICATIONS:


During your project you will receive notifications regularly.  If the subject says "notification" it's just that, a notification to let you know what's been complete and what's next or general information. If the subject line says "ACTION", that's a formal request that we need you to respond to in a timely fashion to prevent product delays. Depending on your services, you may also receive reporting from AWR (Advanced Web Reports), Google, Local Listings, Facebook, etc. Please accept your portal invitations when received so you can view reports online.
